Princeton Metrics and Learning Experience Group Announce Strategic Partnership

Two leaders in the field of Learning & Development join capabilities to promote measurement excellence

Princeton, March 19, 2021: Princeton Metrics and Learning Experience Group (LXG) have joined together in a strategic partnership focused on bringing a modern, practical approach to measurement for corporate Learning & Development departments.

“More now than ever, the L&D function is driving employee performance & engagement through modern learning experiences and immersive activities. This transformation is creating opportunities to surface new learner data and behavioral insights beyond the traditional metrics framework. Without a systematic approach to measurement, there are blind spots to interpreting the effectiveness of these learning initiatives and communicating clear business value,” notes Jim Delaney, Founder and Principal of LXG.

The new joint venture, Modern Measurement ExcellenceTM, helps L&D departments utilize a modern framework to align and demonstrate the value L&D brings to an organization:

  • Operational Efficiency
  • Learning Effectiveness
  • Organizational Impact

“We meet L&D departments where they are. We begin by taking the time to understand their current-state measurement model,” explains Steven Just Ed.D., CEO of Princeton Metrics. “Some companies are overwhelmed by the amount of data produced by their many learning platforms. Others need to standardize their assessment methodologies to establish reliable, validated processes. Still others have difficulty communicating the results and outcomes of their efforts. We offer a complete and flexible menu of measurement-focused services tailored to each client’s requirements.”

Services include (but are not limited to):

  • In-depth analysis of current measurement processes and assessment platforms
  • Design of fair and valid and reliable high stakes assessments
  • Workshops on modern learning, modern assessment, and communicating L&D value
  • Creation of learning measurement dashboards
  • Process for aligning L&D outcomes with larger business objectives
